Baguma is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with demonstrated experience in Corporate Law and Legal Risk Management, Banking & Finance, Regulatory Compli- ance, Debt Collection, Employment Law, Contracts Governance, Credit Document
Review and Commercial Law Dispute resolution/Litigation.
He is also a Tax consultant with experience in transactional Tax Advisory and Structuring,
Tax planning, Tax Litigation and Negotiation, Tax Training ,Tax Advisory and Compliance.
Baguma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation & Revenue Administration (PODITRA) from the East Africa School of Taxation (EAST), a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Dip. Law) from the Law Development Centre (LDC), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from Makerere University.
He is also a member of the Uganda Law Society, East African Law Society and the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda.
